We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual with a positive and honest work ethic to join our Roberts Road facility near Hilliard. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a fast-paced retail environment . Position Overview The Skid Steer Operator / Yard Waste Coordinator serves as an assistant to the Site Manager and will learn all aspects of our retail operation. The primary focus of this position is managing the flow of yard waste materials in and out of the facility. Key Responsibilities Operate a skid steer (Bobcat) or front loader to load yard waste into trailers for transport Coordinate and manage yard waste material flow at the Roberts Road location Assist customers and maintain an organized, safe yard environment Support the Site Manager with daily operations and facility needs Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with company policies Qualifications & Requirements Enjoys working outdoors and interacting with people Ability to work weekends as scheduled Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds Previous experience operating a skid steer, front loader, or forklift is a plus Willingness to learn — training provided for qualified candidates What We Offer Stable employment with a well-established company Hands-on equipment training Opportunities to learn retail yard and production operations A supportive team-oriented work environment Ohio Mulch is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
