Job Description

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Sales and Service Representative to grow and service environmental solutions across a transportation and logistics route. Based in the field, you will manage scheduled pickups and deliveries of used oil, waste, and related products while building strong relationships with industrial, automotive, and commercial customers. You'll promote Safety-Kleen's sustainable recycling and waste programs, ensure full DOT and environmental compliance, and uphold our safety-first culture. This role offers hands-on impact in environmental services plus training, safety programs, and career growth across the broader Clean Harbors organization. Responsibilities Grow route-based sales of Safety-Kleen environmental services within an assigned territory. Deliver and pick up waste, recycled oil, and related products following DOT and company safety standards. Provide on-site customer service, resolving service issues and recommending appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate documentation, manifests, and compliance records for waste transport and disposal. Operate company vehicles and equipment safely, performing required inspections and basic maintenance. Collaborate with dispatch, logistics, and operations teams to optimize routes and service quality. Educate customers on environmental compliance, recycling options, and Safety-Kleen programs. Meet or exceed sales, service, and safety performance targets. Follow all OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations and internal safety procedures.
