GED Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
Entering requisitions for raw material necessary for our field jobs and onsite in our Panel Shop. Oversee all inbound project materials and communicate with the Operations Manager of our Panel Shop and all necessary vendors. You will need to be highly organized, detailed oriented, selfdriven and be able to work independently as well as with a team. Lead the effort to maintain all required stock levels for all Panel Shop jobs. Upon material arrival, you will be responsible for checking inbound material to ensure the quality & accuracy of inbound shipments. Review daily work logs to ensure an efficient workflow in the manufacturing process. Review spreadsheets daily to ensure project cost associated with materials stay within monthly budget. Assist in all efforts if a vendor return is necessary. Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email. Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft products. The ideal candidate will be able to operate as an Advanced user in Excel.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or the equivalent. Bilingual Spanish & English preferred. Two plus years of experience in similar role within the oil & gas industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problemsolving Able to work independently with little supervision. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Able to thrive in a highvolume, deadlinedriven work environment.
