~7-8 hours per week

Compensation:

$16.00/hour Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and operational readiness of our frozen yogurt machines and back-of-house areas. This role is checklist-driven and essential for health compliance, equipment longevity, and overall store standards. Why This Role Matters This role protects the health of our customers, ensures compliance with sanitation standards, and keeps our equipment running properly. Consistency and attention to detail are critical. Key Responsibilities Deep clean frozen yogurt machines according to provided instructions (Standard Operating Procedures) Sanitize all machine components, nozzles, drip trays, and surrounding surfaces Clean and organize back-of-house areas related to equipment Follow step-by-step cleaning checklist with precision Report any maintenance issues, wear, or concerns to the Store Owners Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within assigned time window Sign-off on completed cleaning checklist each shift, including photo documentation Qualifications Reliable and punctual with consistent weekend availability Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to follow written procedures exactly Comfortable working independently Prior cleaning, food service, or equipment sanitation experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, bend, frequently lift 20+ pounds, and disassemble and reassemble machine parts as needed Food Handler's Certification required By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
