Competitive salary Paid time off Training & development Sanitation Technician - cGMP Nutraceutical Manufacturing About the Role We're hiring an experienced Sanitation Technician for our cGMP-certified nutraceutical manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone with real sanitation experience in food, dietary supplements, pharma, or other cGMP-regulated manufacturing. We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to a stable, long-term role in a regulated environment.

Clean production areas are critical to patient safety and product quality. As our Sanitation Technician, you directly protect consumers by keeping equipment and facilities in compliance with strict hygiene and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and facility surfaces per approved sanitation procedures Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment as needed Follow cGMP, allergen control, and food safety procedures at all times Perform pre-op inspections and verify cleanliness before production starts Complete sanitation logs and documentation accurately Use sanitation chemicals safely and according to SDS and company procedures Support allergen changeovers, deep cleans, and special sanitation projects Maintain an audit-ready environment and work closely with Quality, Production, and Maintenance Clean and sanitize all facility areas, including reception, office areas, restrooms, break rooms, and other employee support areas. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of sanitation experience in food, nutraceutical, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing Strong understanding of GMPs, sanitation practices, and contamination control Experience with cleaning chemicals, PPE, and sanitation tools Ability to follow written procedures and complete accurate documentation High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements & Work Environment Stand and walk for 8 hours per shift Lift 30-50 lbs, bend, reach, push, and pull as needed Work in wet, noisy, cold, hot, or confined production environments Wear required PPE Ability to work scheduled shifts, weekends, or overtime when needed
