The founders of this company were inspired to build a quality based, interior plant scaping company, that would go beyond the standard that other companies had already set and truly deliver top notch services. We are Botanist owned, and our technicians are trained with up to date, best horticultural practices. Our mission is to provide the highest care possible to all of our clients and to do everything in our power to take care of our employees who work so hard to make that mission possible. Position Summary We are looking for a Plant Care Technician to join our team! In this role, you will travel to client locations along set routes to provide plant care and maintenance. No prior experience is required, but we welcome experienced candidates to apply. We provide all technicians with comprehensive hands-on, ongoing training in proper plant care, and all job duties. This position starts part-time with opportunities to grow into a full-time role, with many opportunities to pick up extra shifts to help with installations and other projects. We are looking for a team member who is positive, kind, eager to learn, and has a love for plants. We are also eager to hire someone who desires to grow with us. As a small owner-operated business, as we grow, we desire to help our employees grow into a career path with us.
Job Responsibilities:
- Driving assigned routes to care for plants within assigned accounts each week
- Attentive plant care, as described in the manual and in training, for each plant within assigned accounts
- General clean up of all plant displays, including regular pruning, cleaning planters, ensuring no debris is present in the plant set up, and ensuring that plant set ups look neat and tidy
- Daily record keeping of conditions of plants, planters, and general set ups, that may need to be replaced or worked on outside of what the technician can do that day. Clearly communicating any concerns to supervisor.

- A genuine love for plants and interest in growing your horticultural knowledge
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow care instructions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to occasionally assist with installations and warehouse tasks
- A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor with the capacity to converse with clients Required Skills and Capacities Must be able to lift at least 40lbs Must be physically fit enough to spend 7 hours of ones shift either on your feet, bending, and getting up and down to care for plants Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle Must have and maintain a valid drivers license, with no major driving offenses Must have and maintain car insurance for said vehicle, at state minimums Must have and maintain a smart phone, for access to important documents, clocking in, GPS, and communication with team

Gas Mileage Reimbursement:
All employees receive a reimbursement each pay period for the miles they have driven, at the rate of the current federal milage reimbursement rate (72.5 cents per mile for 2026).
Standard PTO:
All full-time regular employees are eligible to receive PTO after completing 180 days of employment. All part-time regular employees are also eligible to receive PTO at a prorated amount after completing 180 days of employment.

Colorado's Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program provides eligible employees with paid leave to care for themselves or their family members under certain circumstances. The program is administered by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI Division). Program premiums are funded through employee payroll deductions.
Holiday Pay:
All employees who work an average of 32 hours per week, or more, are eligible for Holiday pay. The following holidays will be paid, at 8 hours, for eligible employees: -
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Sick Pay:
All regular employees, part and full-time, earn 1 hour of paid leave per 30 hours worked, capped at 48 hours annually. Leave can be used for personal/family health, safety needs, or public health emergencies
