Job Description

Recycling Works is currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Sorter located at our recycling facility in Elkhart, Indiana ! Hours are Monday through Friday and occasional Saturday work. Regular weekly overtime available after 40 hours.
Responsibilities Include:
o Sorting recycled material onto different conveyor belts and moving material to the appropriate areas. o Maintaining the cleanliness of the recycling area and yard outside. o Help maintain equipment such as baler and conveyor line. o Assuming custodial duties as needed. o Other manual labor that does not involve the operation of heavy equipment.
Requirements:
o Ability to perform minimal computer related tasks. o Must be able to stand continually through entire shift o Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Successful candidates are those who seek to thrive in an environment of operational excellence and accountability.
