Full Job Description Benefits:
401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Health insurance Training & development Vision insurance Picker parking lot litter picker or litter removal technician ) is an outdoor maintenance role focused on removing trash and debris from commercial properties. It is an active, fast-paced job that ensures retail centers, office parks, and industrial sites remain clean and presentable. Walk the exterior of parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped beds to pick up trash, bottles, wrappers, cigarette butts, and debris. Conduct visual walk-throughs of the lot and report any property damage, safety hazards, or major maintenance issues to property management
Requirements & Physical Demands Physical Stamina:
Requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Weather Tolerance:
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of seasonal weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
Reliability:
Strong time management and the ability to work independently to complete assigned daily routes or property checklists.
Tools Used:
Handheld trash pickers, safety vests, collection buckets/bags, etc.. Must pass a background check, DOT Physical and a drug test. Please come into the office M-F 8-5:30 to fill out a application in person. Sweep All Inc. Located at 11600 Diode Court, Louisville Ky 40299. 502-267-0066. Working Hours M-F with a potential to work Sat if needed. Pay depends on experience and offers benefits after time frame on job.
