Weekend Cleaning Crew Technician Plasti-Paint, Inc. - St. Louis, MI Work Only Weekends - Get Paid for 40 Hours! Are you looking for a schedule that leaves your weekdays free? Plasti-Paint is seeking motivated individuals to join our Weekend Cleaning Crew. Team members work two 12-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and are paid for a full 40-hour work week .

College students Individuals seeking a second job Anyone looking for a unique weekend-only schedule with full-time pay Position Summary The Weekend Cleaning Crew Technician is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and preparing production equipment, paint booths, and production lines to ensure safe and efficient operations during the regular production week. This position reports directly to the Weekend Cleaning Crew Leader and operates within the Maintenance Department. This is physically demanding, hands-on work in an industrial manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing dirty cleaning tasks and working around production equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean paint booths, production lines, and manufacturing equipment Remove paint overspray, dust, debris, and contaminants from equipment and work areas Change and replace air filtration systems and filters as required Perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities throughout the facility Follow established cleaning schedules and work instructions Properly handle cleaning chemicals and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report equipment concerns, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the Crew Leader Follow all company safety policies and procedures Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times Assist with additional maintenance and cleaning projects as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous industrial, janitorial, maintenance, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance is required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work in hot, dusty, noisy, and industrial environments Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods Training and Safety Plasti-Paint provides all required training, including: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Hazard Communication Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Training Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Training General Safety Orientation All required PPE is provided by the company.
