We're a small, hands-on team that keeps operations running smoothly so our routes hit the road on time, every time. About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sanitation & Equipment Technician to keep our collection buckets, lids, bins, and work vehicles clean and ready for service. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in a job done thoroughly and wants flexible, part-time hours with room to grow. What You'll Do Wash dirty buckets, lids, and bins using a hose, pressure washer, scrub brushes, and soap Dry and stage cleaned equipment for upcoming routes Wash work trucks approximately once every two weeks Keep the work area organized and equipment ready to go Schedule Flexible scheduling, with work typically happening on weekday mornings. Roughly 10 hours per week to start. Requirements Reliable transportation to our East Charlotte location Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly Reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented Perks Casual dress Potential to grow into other roles (including route driving) as the business expands
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
