Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintedent to oversee day-to-day operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- replacing light balls
- inspection entire system form roof to basement for leaks
- clean glass doors, windows, sweep and sweep mop lobby
- sweep and mop stairwell from third floor to basement
- place garbage outside in accordance with Sanitation rules
- clean garbage room and area
- clean sidewalk and wash
- check intercom and service as necessary
- Answer and respond to individual apartment emergencies
- provide access to meter readings
- inspect boiler systems
- flush down the flow switch valves to clean for proper operation
- reset and adjust temperature according to weather
- check hot water heater
- check hot water heater
- check piping for leaks
- complete unit turns and inspections with consistency and attention to detail
- snow removal and seasonal upkeep
Pay:
$16.00- $20.
