Operate janitorial equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to ensure prompt resolution. Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services within commercial or institutional settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, and environmental services practices. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods.
