Sanitation Technician

Recruiting Solutions is hiring a Sanitation Technician for a manufacturing facility in Columbia, SC. This is an experienced level industrial cleaning position within a structured production environment. Candidates must have prior sanitation or industrial cleaning experience and a stable, professional work history.

Sanitation Technician Pay and Schedule:

$15 per hour 2-2-3 Schedule 7 AM - 7 PM or 7PM -7 AM Overtime opportunities based on production needs Health, Dental, and Vision benefits

Sanitation Technician Job Responsibilities:

This is a hands on position ideal for individuals who take pride in detailed work, follow strict quality standards, and are comfortable working with industrial cleaning solutions in a controlled manufacturing environment. Perform detailed cleaning of finished components using approved industrial cleaning solutions and oils Operate wash stations and related equipment in accordance with strict procedures Follow all quality, safety, and compliance standards Inspect components during cleaning for visible defects or irregularities Properly handle, preserve, and transfer cleaned items to the next stage of production Maintain organized and sanitary work area following 5S standards Safely handle industrial solvents, oils, and cleaning agents daily Maintain production flow to meet daily output goals

Sanitation Technician Qualifications:

Minimum one year of industrial sanitation, manufacturing cleaning, or chemical cleaning experience required Experience working with solvents, degreasers, or industrial oils required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols Comfortable working in an environment with industrial cleaning agents daily Ability to stand for extended periods High School Diploma or GED required College education preferred Exceptional and stable work history required
