In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility's hygiene and operational readiness, ensuring that both our production environment meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This is a Direct hire opportunity! What We're Looking For

Reliability:

Someone who understands that "clean" is a critical part of our product quality.

Organization:

The ability to track inventory and document tasks accurately.

Team Player:

Willingness to jump in and assist operators to keep the workflow moving.

Stamina:

Comfort with physical tasks, including deep cleaning and handling chemical supplies safely.

Schedule:

5 pm to 5:30 AM or 5 AM to 5:30 PM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule Pay rate is $20 an hour

Responsibilities:

Maintain chemical inventory levels for daily use during CIP. Track chemical usage. Managing stock of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Follow and document all cleaning duties per the master sanitation schedule. Maintain cleanliness throughout the day in all employee common areas as well as office areas. Assist operators as needed with CIP duties. ... Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions. Deep cleaning of production and product storage areas. Responsible for food safety. All other duties as assigned.

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Mathematical aptitude
• High School Diplomas or equivalent.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or stoop for entire shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Prior experience in dairy processing preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
