Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sanitation Operator and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment within our spirits co-packing facility. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for executing industrial cleaning and sanitation procedures that ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to the quality of our products and the safety of our workplace, fostering a culture of excellence and cleanliness. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and workspaces using industrial cleaning tools and chemicals Maintain cleanliness in processing and manufacturing environments by adhering to strict sanitation protocols Conduct routine cleaning in place (CIP), and surface disinfection to uphold hygiene standards Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving supplies, equipment, or waste materials safely and efficiently Follow detailed cleaning schedules and document completed sanitation activities accurately Operate equipment including floor scrubbers and pressure washers, to ensure optimal cleanliness Support warehouse or production line cleanup efforts to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Experience Prior experience in industrial or commercial settings preferred Experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments highly desirable Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and sanitation standards is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and safety protocols Previous experience working in food processing or manufacturing environments is advantageous but not required Join us in creating a spotless environment where safety meets excellence!
