Full Job Description Compensation:
Hourly pay plus production. Bryan College Station Toyota is looking for self-motivated individuals who would like to start a stable career as an Express Maintenance Technician. Technicians are given the best tools to deliver quality results - training, technology, and support. As a Bryan College Station Express Technician, you will be continuously trained on company products, services, and policies across multiple platforms; therefore, NO experience is necessary. What you'll do: You will work as a part of a two-person team Replace engine oil and oil filter Rotate Tires Replace windshield wiper blades or inserts Replace engine and cabin air filters Perform multipoint inspection on vehicles and note any needed repairs-maintenance Use automotive lift to raise vehicles for maintenance and repair Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles Other duties as needed Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste) ALWAYS have a fun attitude, care about your customers and peers, and be responsible What we offer: Hourly pay plus production Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance plans 401(k) with company-match Paid-time-off (PTO) What we're looking for: Be Reliable and have a great attitude Must be 18 years old or older The ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) (Required) 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record Pass Pre-Employment drug screening Pass Background Check
