Job Description

Overview Very specific kind of cleaning
  • Short-Term Rental Turn overs. Hours are 11-4 PM every day of the week
  • do not apply if you are not available 11-4 PM. Driving time can be 30 min to 1.5 hours (DFW Traffic)
  • driving time/gas is not included in pay (except between cleaning jobs). Flexible days of week

GOOGLE APPS
  • forms, excel and gmail.
Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, desks, and equipment. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively Important inspection of home, reporting any damage and taking pictures . Changing light bulbs, restocking soaps, paper goods, refilling pools (water)...several other reset items (Cleaning outdoor furiture/bbq, refilling propane tanks) Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
