In this role, you'll help keep our clients' yards clean, safe, and enjoyable by providing professional pet waste removal services. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Remove and properly dispose of pet waste from residential and commercial properties Thoroughly inspect yards to ensure all waste is collected during each visit Follow established service routes and schedules efficiently Sanitize tools and equipment between properties to maintain cleanliness standards Communicate professionally with customers when needed Report property concerns, gate access issues, or service obstacles to management Maintain accurate service records using company software or mobile applications Assist with occasional yard cleanup tasks and related outdoor maintenance services Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable with frequent walking, bending, lifting, and physical activity Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Previous landscaping, lawn care, pet care, or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling opportunities Independent work environment Paid training Opportunities for advancement as the company grows A fun, active job that gets you outside instead of behind a desk Fresh Paws Pet Waste Removal is committed to providing exceptional service while creating a positive work environment for our team members.
