ASAP About the
Role:
We are currently seeking four (4) hardworking and reliable Utility Technicians to join our Treatment Department. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. By taking ownership of vital equipment maintenance, heavy cleaning, and facility upkeep, you will directly enable our plant operators to focus on process monitoring and core operations. If you enjoy hands-on, active work in an industrial environment and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly and safely, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of two primary operational areas: Belt Filter Press (BFP)
Area:
Power wash 12 belt filter presses (both horizontal and vertical belts). Clean and maintain 16 conveyor drain pans and sprayer assemblies. Thoroughly clean containment areas for polymer pumps and sludge feed pumps. Clean the containment areas for sludge day tanks and polymer storage tanks.
Diamond Filter Area:
Wash and meticulously maintain 10 diamond filter basins and carriages. Wash and maintain filter media (80 total assemblies). Power wash the diamond filter backwash pump station. Ensure all walkways and handrails are power washed and kept completely free of debris for site safety.
General Support:
Perform additional maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned to support overall Treatment operations.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
Comfortable performing physical, hands-on labor in a heavy industrial/treatment environment. Prior experience with power washing, facility maintenance, sanitation, or industrial cleaning is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Reliable and punctual—our team depends on you to keep operations moving! Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate heavy cleaning equipment for the duration of a standard 8-hour shift. Why Join Us?
