Utility Worker I Education, Training, and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Licenses and Certifications:
A valid State driver's license is required at the time of appointment and must be maintained throughout employment Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Class "D" Water Works License & Class "I" Wastewater Collection License issued by TCEQ within 12 months of hire
Utility Worker II Education, Training and Experience:
HS diploma or GED. Two (2) years of utilities related experiences, preferably in a municipality.
Licenses and Certificates:
A valid Texas Class "C" Driver's License is required at the time of appointment and must be maintained throughout employment. Possession of a valid Class I Wastewater Collection and Class "D" Water License issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Must obtain Class II Wastewater Collection OR Class "C" Water License issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) within 12 months of hire.
