In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for efficiently removing pet waste from residential yards, commercial properties, parks, and other outdoor areas. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will ensure that every property you service is left spotless and odor-free. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and contribute to the well-being of local neighborhoods. Responsibilities Provide weekly dog poop scooping services to residential and commercial clients Enter clients' yards, pick up all dog waste, bag it, close/lock the gate, and haul the waste away Replenish pet waste stations Work independently
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$16.50-$17.00 per hour or Pay-For-Performance (P4P), whichever is higher per week. Tips on top of base pay.
Hours:
35-40 hours/week is expected with this role. Some overtime is expected
Transportation:
Company truck provided, starting and ending at your home daily
Location:
Primarily Peninsula Time Off:
3 paid company holidays (Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Unpaid leave as needed with lead time.

Great exercise, opportunities to interact with dogs Requirements and Qualifications Love dogs Working Smart Phone ($15/week pay to reimburse cell usage) Very clean driving record Able to work independently and at a steady pace Must be reliable and responsible Able to lift 40 pounds Physically able to work in all types of backyard terrain (grass, rocks, flower beds, etc.) Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, cold, heat) as long as it is safe Detail-oriented (never leave a pile behind) Must have a clear criminal history. Dogs:
Dogs are typically inside. All dogs showing signs of aggression will be required to be inside, or the yard will not be cleaned.
