Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM 📍 Gillette, WY Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and isn't afraid to get a little dirty? Join a growing industrial team where you'll play an important role in keeping equipment clean, organized, and ready for rebuild and fabrication projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a shop environment and wants to be part of a hardworking team. What You'll Do As a Parts Washer / Steam Bay Technician, you'll be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and organizing industrial components to support the rebuild process.
Responsibilities:
✅ Operate steam cleaning equipment to remove grease, oil, dirt, and debris from industrial components ✅ Use parts washers and cleaning stations safely and effectively ✅ Disassemble and reassemble minor components to ensure thorough cleaning ✅ Inspect parts for visible damage, wear, or contamination and report findings ✅ Sort, tag, and stage cleaned components for the next phase of production ✅ Maintain a clean and organized steam bay and wash area ✅ Monitor equipment fluid levels, filters, and other consumables ✅ Properly handle and dispose of oils, solvents, and cleaning materials ✅ Follow all safety and PPE requirements ✅ Assist with general shop duties as needed What We're Looking For ✔ Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn ✔ Ability to safely handle industrial parts and equipment ✔ Comfortable working around steam, cleaning chemicals, and solvents ✔ Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail ✔ Ability to work safely in a fast-paced shop environment Physical Requirements 🔹 Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching 🔹 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. with assistance 🔹 Comfortable working in hot, humid conditions and around industrial equipment 🔹 Ability to wear PPE for extended periods 🔹 Willingness to work near open bay doors during seasonal weather changes Why You'll Love This Opportunity ⭐ Consistent Monday-Friday schedule - enjoy your weekends off! ⭐ Competitive pay: $20-$25 per hour ⭐ Stable full-time position ⭐ Hands-on work with industrial equipment ⭐ Opportunity to learn valuable mechanical and shop skills ⭐ Join a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork Ready to get started? Pay Details:
