This is not your normal busser position where someone can work under the radar. We are looking for a standout Busser who is visible, engaged, aware, and actively helping the team throughout the entire shift. This position is for someone who moves quickly, takes pride in their work, supports the front of house team, and genuinely cares about the guest experience. We are not looking for someone who needs constant reminders, disappears during service, moves slowly, or only does the bare minimum. Weekend availability is required. Previous busser experience is required. This is a busser position only. All front of house staff must attend mandatory monthly off site paid trainings. These trainings are paid.

Non Negotiable Requirements Previous busser experience is required. Weekend availability is required. Mandatory monthly off site paid training is required. Unconditional hospitality is required. A strong team player mindset is required. Speed, awareness, urgency, and reliability are required. You must be a standout Busser who is present, proactive, and willing to be held to a high standard every shift. This Position Is Not a Fit For Someone Who Has no busser experience. Cannot work weekends. Cannot attend mandatory monthly off site paid trainings. Wants to work under the radar. Disappears during service. Needs constant reminders. Moves slowly or lacks urgency. Avoids helping the team. Has a negative attitude during busy shifts. Only wants to do the minimum required. Does not want to be held accountable. Position Summary The Busser supports the front of house team by keeping the dining room clean, organized, and ready for guests. This includes clearing and resetting tables, assisting with water service and refills, removing used tableware, maintaining assigned areas, supporting servers and hosts, and helping the restaurant run smoothly during service. Duties and Responsibilities Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and properly. Assist with water service, refills, and guest needs when appropriate. Remove used tableware and bring dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dish area. Keep tabletops, chairs, booths, floors, and assigned areas clean. Inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and clean or report issues as needed. Communicate clearly with servers, hosts, managers, and guests. Support efficient seating, table turns, and smooth service. Stay visible, engaged, and available throughout the shift. Help wherever needed without being asked repeatedly. Attend mandatory monthly off site paid training sessions. Complete all manager directions in a polite, timely, and accurate manner. Qualifications Previous busser experience is required. Must be available to work weekends. Must be available to attend mandatory monthly off site paid training. Must believe in providing unconditional hospitality to every guest. Must be a standout Busser and major team player. Must be able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop throughout the shift. Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds, including bus tubs, trays, dishes, and glassware. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours. Must be dependable, respectful, accountable, and able to move quickly during busy service. Compensation Hourly pay plus server tip outs. Mandatory monthly off site trainings are paid.
