Duties Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guest tables with accuracy and professionalism Support food preparation and plating when needed, ensuring dishes meet quality standards before serving Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while adhering to food safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors and organizing service stations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Ability to handle food safely during bussing, serving, and food preparation tasks Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Experience with banquet service or hotel hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or boxes, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a lively team setting, and want to grow your career in the food service industry!
