Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for Total Wireless Authorized Dealer. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while contributing to the overall success of the store. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Provide product demonstrations and share knowledge about features and benefits. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively. Previous wireless experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Ability to perform product demos confidently to engage customers. Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
