Tips Responsibilities:

Table Maintenance:

Clear and reset tables efficiently with attention to Italian dining details like olive oil, Parmesan, and balsamic vinegar.

Food Delivery:

Deliver dishes promptly and accurately, ensuring hot food arrives fresh and beautifully presented.

Cleanliness:

Keep the dining area spotless, manage trash removal, and check restrooms for cleanliness and stocking.

Restocking:

Refill supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments to maintain smooth operations.

Guest Support:

Assist with guest requests, such as providing extra bread or answering menu questions.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a busser/runner is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Italian cuisine and dining customs is a plus. Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. Friendly and customer-oriented attitude. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry up to 25 pounds. Reliable, punctual, and a true team player. Why Join Us?
