Lawn Maintenance Techs and Landscapers:

Millennium Lawn, Landscape and Nursery Inc. is seeking experienced Lawn Maintenance Technicians. Seeking mowers and detail work, several positions available. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years lawn maintenance & landscape experience. Bi-Lingual capability (English/Spanish ; huge plus but not required.) Must have reliable transportation to and from job site which is located in Odessa. Must be able to work a full day outside Monday-Friday. Must be able to work alongside a landscaping / lawn care crew. Lawn maintenance experience required. Experience using mowers, weed whackers, hedge trimmers, shovels, light machinery, etc. A clean valid driving record is preferred but not required. Full-time Irrigation Technicians:

Assessment, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of irrigation systems. Tracking and recording of hours and materials. Responsible for maintaining assigned truck, supplies, tools, and equipment. Effective communication with clients and staff. Will work independently, as well as with crew. Must Have two wire experience and be able to confidently fix and maintain systems.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in irrigation service work, diagnosis, and repair.

Comprehensive knowledge of irrigation systems:

controllers, valves, backflows, etc. Professional demeanor with good customer service skills. Good communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to work independently. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Valid Driver's License preferred but not required.

Full-time Plant Nursery Worker:

Nursery Sales and Maintenance Experience is a must with knowledge in Florida Trees, Plants, Flowers, and Palms. Bilingual is preferred but not required. Pay to be to determine based on experience. Must be outgoing and can deal with clients on a day-to-day basis. Point of sales knowledge, Driver's License preferred but not required. Heavy machinery experience a plus and must be able to handle extreme heat during the summer months.
