• Assist with delivery to guests and internal staff members.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and food service areas, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and handling practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns guests may have in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items, adhering to order specifications and presentation standards.
• Assist with bussing and cleaning tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Help manage inventory and maintain accurate records of food storage and disposal.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality control initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in food quality and customer satisfaction. Skills
• Experience in the food industry, with a focus on food service, catering, and hospitality.
• Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, boxes, or equipment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and catering services is an asset.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Experience with food runners or similar roles is an advantage.
