Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space. Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately. Support the culinary team with basic food handling, preparation, and presentation tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members using clear and professional language to ensure seamless service flow. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy when required. Assist with bussing duties during peak hours to ensure quick turnaround of tables and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous. Experience working with POS systems like Aloha or Micros enhances your ability to support the team efficiently. Knowledge of banquet service, hospitality standards, or hotel experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for providing excellent guest services. Prior experience in culinary settings or kitchen environments can be beneficial for understanding food flow and safety protocols.
