Host responsibilities include running food, refilling items and beverages, setting up/setting down tables, as well as time-managing seating customers and communicating with our servers for efficiency. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities Able to multitask while having quality work ethic and work outcome Holding high-quality standards in workplace Positive, radiant attitude with great customer service Honest, reliable Great team player while being able to work well alone Great communication skills Providing customers with all menu information in great detail Customer satisfaction Prepare dining areas before guests are seated Handling the waitlist with both customers and servers Welcome all guests who enter and thank all guests leaving Clean and reset tables after guests leave Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas Restock all needed condiments, napkins, needed items Communicate well and efficiently with bussers and servers to make sure everyone is on the same page Skills Work experience as a busser, host, or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus, not required Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Showcasing professional and exceptional customer service Time management is required
