Job Description

This position is the very Heart of Zeke's Restaurant! For us to bring in the freshest product around, then we need someone dedicated to fileting, cutting, and deboning of products daily. This position directly assists the Chef and Sous Chef's in executing the wants and needs of our guests.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Cutting, deboning, trimming, grinding, tying, weighing and packaging meat and seafood products to the specification of the Chef and prep lists Creating, maintaining, and rotating seafood products in walk in cooler and display case Maintaining clean equipment and work areas to prevent cross contamination and uphold health and sanitation standards and regulatory requirements Monitoring, adjusting, and sharpening cutting and grinding equipment Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift 25-50lbs Visit us at: zekeslanding.com/restaurant ZEKEOB
