Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, pruning, and general landscape tasks Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and snow plows to support construction projects or seasonal clean-up efforts Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering of lawns and gardens Carry out tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Execute hardscape projects such as installing pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other structural features Conduct lawn care routines like fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to sustain lush green spaces Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant health care practices Ability to operate construction equipment such as excavators or snow plows when needed Familiarity with tree care techniques including trimming and pruning for safety and aesthetic purposes Strong understanding of irrigation systems installation and maintenance Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
