Job Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Buyer for a client located in Raymond, OH 43067 with this position being Onsite.

Pay Rate:

$45 - $50/hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description:

Core Capabilities Strong coordination / project support ability in a fast-moving, changing environment Ability to manage open purchase orders (POs) and track multiple items simultaneously Proven skill in working cross-functionally with internal teams (designers, stakeholders) and external suppliers High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in an R D setting where priorities shift frequently Communication & Professional Skills Clear, effective verbal and written communication Comfortable interacting with suppliers and internal customers Demonstrated problem-solving ability and follow-through Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes Experience Level Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience (flexible) Not suitable for entry-level or brand-new college graduates Emphasis on capability and adaptability over years of tenure Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with SAP Experience with Ariba / SAP Business Network for supplier communication Industry Background Automotive industry experience Prior Client experience or familiarity with Client culture and processes Technical Exposure Basic CAD drawing interpretation Ability to view drawings and pull part information No CAD manipulation required If you feel this is not something that you are currently interested in, but know of someone, that might be, please share the details with them or let me know their details so I can reach out to them!
