Job Description

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Buyer-Planner candidates in the Rollinsford, NH area. We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer Planner to support a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are available to meet production demands while maintaining cost efficiency and optimal inventory levels. If you thrive in a collaborative, data-driven environment and enjoy balancing planning, procurement, and problem-solving, this is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic supply chain team.
Responsibilities:
Execute material planning strategies based on MRP requirements. Issue and manage purchase orders for electronic components, PCBs, and mechanical parts. Partner with production and engineering teams to support build schedules and resolve shortages. Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and lead time data within ERP systems. Monitor and manage inventory to align with production needs and minimize excess. Identify cost-saving opportunities through sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
Desired Background/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Two or more years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of BOM structures, electronic components, and manufacturing processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Nice to

APICS or CPM certification Knowledge of IPC standards, RoHS compliance, or contract manufacturing environments Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
