Laborer / Heavy Equipment Operator in Training

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Laborer / Heavy Equipment Operator in Training. Responsibilities Assist with the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, dump trucks, and Caterpillar machinery under supervision Support construction activities and site preparation Help with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup or breakdown as needed Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Follow instructions from experienced operators and supervisors to develop technical skills Skills Basic mechanical knowledge Strong interest in learning heavy equipment operation and construction techniques Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license (clean driving record) Prior experience with construction sites or operating machinery such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, or water trucks is a plus Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites This paid training role is designed to provide valuable experience in the construction industry while supporting your professional growth.
