Position Profile The Clinical Coordinator oversees the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of student clinical placements within the nursing program. This role serves as a key liaison between the academic institution and clinical agencies, ensuring that students are placed in appropriate learning environments that align with course objectives and program outcomes. This role is central to ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-quality clinical education experience for nursing students. Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Nursing or a related health field

Experience and Training:

Two (2) years' clinical experience as an RN. Connecticut State License as an RN. Ideal Candidate Preference will be given to applicants with the following: Master's degree from an accredited university or college in nursing or a related health field Experience using the Castlebranch and Exxat clinical health and education management systems. Experience supporting student learning in healthcare settings. Experience coordinating clinical requirements Experiencing collaborating with academic and healthcare partners.
