• Part-time, Full-time We are in search of a California Registered Nurse (Director of Nursing): Experienced Outpatient Plastic Surgery OR Circulating RN for our very busy Plastic Surgery Practice & Outpatient Surgery Center in Beverly Hills, CA.

Our Practice offers state of the art plastic surgery procedures to patients from all over the world. Our Plastic Surgeon is world-renowned and highly respected in our industry. The RN is the liaison between the Anesthesiologists, Surgery Center Staff, Office Staff, Surgeons and Patient having surgery. The RN also provides aesthetics treatments to our patients. RN is a major, integral support system and leader of the surgery center. This is a great position for someone who has a talented and ideally with a gifted aesthetic eye and technique and someone who wants to continue building their career and be a part of fun and high profile plastic surgery team.

Duties:

Scheduling OR Staff Staffing Scrub Tech & RN for the OR for every day of surgery Scrubbing in on surgery days Pre-Op & Post-Op Care at Surgery Check-In Assisting with Local, MAC or General Anesthesia Cases Injectable Fillers & Botox, possible Laser Treatments Helping flow and efficiency of the surgery schedule Explaining Medications to patients Helping with IV's Chart review Staying up to date on Accreditation Hiring Staff Checking Inventory regularly Communicating with Office Staff regarding what each case needs for surgery Helping with

Billing Insurance Requirements:

2-5 years minimum experience (in Plastic Surgery and in the Operating Room specifically) Proficiency in Operating Room/Circulating/PACU duties Live within decent proximity to Beverly Hills Reliable transportation Time management skills Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Ability to provide high-end customer service Confidentiality/Non-Compete MUST have CURRENT California RN License We are offering a Full Time position only and we are looking for the best candidates only.
