As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at the front desk. We are looking for individuals with positive attitudes who have experience working in a fast-paced service business with high-end clientele. Hourly wage plus commission. Multiple shifts available. This position may support multiple Los Angeles studio locations based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Greet all clients and provide exceptional customer service Answer phones, manage messages, and respond to inquiries Schedule clients and ensure instructors are booked evenly Maintain a working knowledge of studio offerings, pricing, and instructor services Make sales based on a lead funnel and follow up consistently Enforce studio policies, including cancellation policies Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and throughout the studio Assist with cleaning equipment and studio spaces as needed Applicant Requirements Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal/phone) and strong organizational skills Basic math skills Ability to problem-solve and address issues in a timely manner Strong time management and project management skills Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and work independently Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude Professional, punctual, reliable, proactive, patient, and friendly at all times Willingness to build relationships with clients Preferred Experience Administrative or receptionist experience, ideally in a fitness studio, spa, salon, music studio, or high-traffic office (1 year) Sales experience in person and/or over the phone (1 year) Experience working in a busy environment while remaining composed and positive Experience upselling services Experience working on a Mac Experience with MindBody or Walla CRM is a plus Location Los Angeles, CA (may support multiple studio locations) Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Pay From $18.00 per hour (plus commission) Benefits Employee perks and retail/service discounts Founded in 2005, Natural Pilates offers Pilates equipment classes in its studio locations on the East and West Coasts, livestream and on-demand workouts on Natural Pilates TV, comprehensive teacher training for aspiring instructors, accredited continuing education workshops for Nationally Certified Pilates Teachers, and a full line of fitness apparel and props.
