Through our long-standing partnerships with processors, original equipment manufacturers, and product designers, we've worked for decades to tackle manufacturing and business challenges through sustainable, future-minded solutions. We are currently seeking a Samples Technician for our Rancho Dominguez, California Facility. This position will be on the 1st shift which is 4:00 A.M - 2:30 P.M, Monday through Thursday. Pay rate is $22.00 per hour and up depending on experience.

Job Purpose:
Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for unique and specialty customer applications. Works safely to protect themselves, their coworkers, and the facility by following all standard operating procedures. Engaged in process measurement, control, and improvement in all aspects of their assigned tasks. Learns and understands key operating parameters which ensure that only in specification and high-quality product is delivered to our customers.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED. Two years of manufacturing experience is preferred. Extrusion experience is highly desired. Ability to lift 55lbs. frequently. Ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment.
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
Strong communication skills Basic knowledge of running an extruder or mixing equipment.
