Special Operations (SOG) Pro Kleen Industrial Services - 2.6 Corona, CA Job Details $16.90 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Live-in employment experience Full Job Description #INDPKES We're looking for a dependable Service Attendant (SOG) to support mobile sleeper units during fire camp and emergency response operations across the western United States. This role requires immediate deployment on short notice and the ability to live and work on-site for extended periods in demanding outdoor conditions. What You'll Bring Rapid-response availability - Ready to deploy with little notice and remain on assignment for weeks at a time until camp operations conclude. Resilience in remote environments - Performs effectively in closed camp settings with limited access to outside resources. Team-first mindset - Works closely with crews to support critical camp operations and changing field needs. Strong dependability - Communicates promptly, follows direction, and delivers consistent performance in high-demand situations. What You'll Do Service and maintain mobile sleeper units in active fire camp environments to ensure continuous operation. Support daily camp operations to maintain safe and functional living conditions. Monitor inventory levels and restock necessary supplies to prevent service interruptions. Inspect assigned units and promptly identify maintenance or operational concerns. Adapt quickly to changing operational needs during active fire response situations. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site-specific regulations at all times. Work collaboratively with team members in a structured, closed camp environment. Assist with camp setup, ongoing maintenance, and breakdown as assignments begin and conclude. Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding service needs, unit conditions, and site concerns. What You'll Need Ability to travel on very short notice and report quickly for deployment; must possess valid identification required for travel by plane, train, or car depending on assignment location. Willingness to remain deployed for extended periods, often multiple weeks, until camp operations are complete, with limited ability to leave the site once assigned. Physical ability to work 8-12+ hour shifts, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform continuous movement throughout the day. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and perform repetitive manual tasks. Capability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, navigate uneven or rugged terrain, and work outdoors in extreme or unpredictable conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, mud, dust, and smoke exposure while wearing required PPE.
