Position Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Assistant… to support our Finance Department. This individual will manage… Key Responsibilities A typical day may include: Carton tracking and acknowledgement from DC to stores and between stores to ensure proof-of-delivery. Research inbound and outbound invalid cartons to identify the correct location to which it should be transferred. Monitoring damage transfers created by the DC to ensure compliance with the Company transfer policy. Daily support to stores through monitoring and resolution of tickets submitted to Inventory Control. Perform other duties and projects assigned Qualifications Your experience brings: Proficient in the use of Excel and MS Word. Ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above. Detail oriented and organized. Excellent customer service skills. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload. Able to effectively use common office equipment. Ability to reprioritize projects frequently. Must have ability to multitask. Independent, self-motivated, team player. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management. Education & Experience High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons.

Work Location:
