Job DescriptionPosition Summary:

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and contribute to a key project focused on process improvement within the department. This position will be based onsite at Wonderful Pistachios and Almonds located in Los Angeles, CA. This summer internship is a 6 to 10-week program. Duties and Responsibilities - Assist in preparing materials and documentation to support the commercial opening processDevelop standardized process documents to ensure alignment and execution readinessSupport cross-functional coordination to ensure documentation accuracy and completenessContribute to the development of a commercial strategy for specific regionsAssist in drafting a high-level strategy document for specific regions, outlining market considerations, opportunities, and strategic directionConduct market and competitive research to support strategic recommendationsDevelop clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate strategic insights and recommendationsStructure and analyze data in Excel to support commercial planningPerform additional duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequirements and Qualifications Must be Wonderful Scholar enrolled in the College Success program.

Must be 18 years of age Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Proficiency in PowerPoint (strong storytelling, framing, and communication skills)Proficiency in Excel (data structuring, analysis, organizing large data sets)Strong project management skills (organization, timeline tracking, follow-through)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

Pay:
