We are looking to fill the shift Saturday-Sunday 9:30-5PM (Weekends) Primary responsibilities will include: Answer & direct incoming phone calls Greet visitors and assist accordingly Manage appointment calendar and incoming leads for our designers General showroom maintenance In many cases, this position will be the first contact with our clients.

The ideal candidate must:

Have reliable transportation Be punctual and reliable Present themselves in a professional manner Ability to work independently Possess exceptional phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills Be extremely well organized and pay attention to detail Have working knowledge of computers (including internet, Microsoft Word & Excel) and the ability to learn our own CRM system Must be able to work on a keyboard in a sitting position for lengths of time and be able to lift up to 20 pounds when necessary. HS Diploma Required Professional & courteous demeanor Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work with strong attention to detail, even with frequent interruptions. Highly proactive. Customer service-focused, takes initiative to add value, and collaborates in a manner that holds team success top-of-mind. Great attitude; hardworking, positive, team-oriented, empathetic/strong understanding of people/teams Quick learner with the ability to understand new concepts and eventually add suggestions for improvement The ability to maintain calm under pressure Teamwork mentality
