What they do

A Military Specialist operates and maintains vehicles and mechanical equipment pertinent to mission success, whether on the sea, land or in the air. May monitor communication, detection, or weapons systems during operations. Interprets and evaluates tactical situations, making recommendations to supervisors. May operate weapons targeting, firing, and launch systems whether during combat or peacetime. In addition to their combat training, they have also specialized training in swimming, diving, parachuting, survival, emergency medicine, and foreign languages. Duties include conducting advanced reconnaissance operations and collecting intelligence information; recruiting, training, and equipping friendly forces; conducting raids and invasions on enemy territories; laying and detonating explosives for demolition targets; locating, identifying, defusing, and disposing of ordnance; and operating and maintaining sophisticated communications equipment.

ORA_ON_SITE Description SAIC is looking for a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support the Electronic Warfare Data Systems (EWDS) program for the Airborne Electronic Attack Integrated Product Team (AEA IPT) located at NAWC Point Mugu, California. What You'll Do:
As a Senior Intel Analyst, you'll join a team of government, military, and contractor personnel that provides best-in-class electronic warfare (EW) support to the US Navy's Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) and Surveillance platforms. This involves fusing multiple intelligence sources daily into a mission data product engineered to each platform's unique sensors and capabilities.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years or more EW experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Must have Technical ELINT analysis experience, including familiarity with the Combined Emitter Database (CED) and Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming Database (EWIRDB). Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile project management (e.g. Sprints and User Stories). Prior experience as US Navy Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT) or service equivalent is highly desired.
Target salary range:
$80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
