San Francisco, CA Multiple Positions Available:
1. Execute a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the overall customer's cloud transformation by collaborating with the customer and the AWS team 2. Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization and develop long term relationships based on excellence 3. Architect, guide, and ensure implementation of AWS best practices and innovative solutions including Generative Artificial Intelligence 4. Own customer outcomes through value realization, risk mitigation, and relationship development at all levels 5. Maintain a broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing, to unlock opportunities for customers 6. Possess a strong background in change management and incorporating organizational change best practices seamlessly into project delivery 7. Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement 8. Collaborate with customers in identifying and prioritizing high business impact use cases for AWS service adoption as well as best practice implementations 9. Manage time efficiently and align and engage required Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate customer's cloud journey 10. Be a thought leader across Amazon organizations to knowledge share success mechanisms, mentor junior CSMs, and impact industry trends 11. Domestic travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required. (40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $176600

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS A
Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline and 5 years of experience in job offered or in business development, infrastructure architecture, or program/product management related occupation. In the alternative, Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline followed by 7 progressively responsible years of experience in job offered or in business development, infrastructure architecture, or program/product management related occupation.
Experience must include:
1. 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with senior customer executives, technologists and/or partners to solve complex business problems with advanced technologies 2. 5 years of experience leading complex, large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, data analytics including data mining, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion 3. 2 years of experience implementing cloud services, preferably on AWS and knowledge of AWS Services and Solutions 4. 2 years of experience in product lifecycle or product management 5. 2 years of experience working with Independent Software Vendors The pay range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $176600
  • $239000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
