This role is focused on wellness support, attendee care, and assisting the medical operations team throughout the event. You'll help ensure guests feel safe, informed, and cared for while contributing to a positive festival experience. Responsibilities Support the medical and wellness team during event setup and breakdown. Assist with attendee check-ins at medical or wellness stations. Help monitor guest wellness and identify attendees who may need assistance or support. Respond calmly and efficiently to non-emergency situations and notify medical leads when needed. Assist with hydration station coordination and wellness-resource distribution. Maintain clear communication with team leads regarding any incidents, concerns, or attendee needs. Help guide attendees to medical tents, wellness areas, exits, or support services as necessary. Support overall event operations and maintain a calm, welcoming presence in high-energy environments. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization within medical and wellness areas. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Passion for community wellness, fitness, or public service. Preferred (Not Required) CPR/First Aid certification. Background in healthcare, nursing, EMT support, athletic training, wellness, or related fields. Previous volunteer or event experience. Experience working in crowd-facing or festival environments. Expectations Ability to stand and move around for extended periods. Comfortable working outdoors and in high-energy event settings. Willingness to follow medical team protocols and event procedures.
