Position Responsibilities:
Support technology integration for and development of first-of-kind space vehicles and missions Develop and present review packages to internal and external senior leadership Work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, demanding atmosphere Lead and drive complex system trade studies to closure Ensure proper system architecture is in place to support mission objectives Lead functional analysis and decomposition for mission activities Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to resolve cross-segment issues Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools to capture the system architecture and operational concept This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): This position requires an active U.S.Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active). Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. 2 + years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. 1 + years of experience in systems integration with systems engineering processes and procedures. 1+ years of experience with architecture, ConOps and Requirements for space based systems and associated ground support systems. Experience in space systems and working with multi-discipline teams. Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Master's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry 3 years of systems engineering experience 2 years of project management experience Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and external customers Experience in spacecraft, launch vehicles, or highly autonomous unmanned systems Experience with spacecraft mission operations Experience with applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to space programs Broad knowledge across spacecraft subsystems Experience with spacecraft ground development Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experienceConflict of Interest:
