Job Description

Job Type:
Full-time Responsibilities Own the project from preliminary drawings through closed won, serving as the primary point of contact for the client once the sale is made Finalize all cabinet and countertop selections with the client, ensuring choices align with their design goals, budget, and project timeline Conduct final field measures to ensure accurate project documentation before production Review preliminary drawings produced by the drafting team for design accuracy and constructability, ensuring the client is receiving a workable, well-executed design Verify that project agreements are accurate and reflect the final scope of work before moving forward Estimate revision requests from existing clients, ensuring changes are accurately priced and documented Estimate new projects for assigned builder and contractor accounts, serving as the dedicated point of contact for those B2B relationships once the account is established Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in HubSpot throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with the sales team during handoff to ensure a seamless client experience from sold to installed Experience with Cabinet Vision is a plus; must be comfortable reviewing technical drawings for accuracy Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and business as we grow Qualifications High emotional intelligence — you read people well, stay calm under pressure, and know how to navigate difficult conversations with clients and teammates 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or a client-facing trade role required; cabinet experience is a plus but not required Prior drafting and/or installation experience is a plus Since this role is customer-facing, must be friendly, professional, and outgoing Willingness to use their own vehicle for client meetings; mileage is reimbursed and drive time is paid Ability to efficiently read a tape measure Excellent verbal and written communication skills We Invest in Your Well-being IRA with 3%

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
