CAD Drafter

HC Design Inc. is a small Residential Design firm focusing on renovations and additions to medium and high end homes as well as designing new homes on the South Shore of MA. We are developing landscape and hardscape services as a package for Outdoor Living as well. The senior associate is a registered architect and can provide IDP requirements. We are looking to hire a full time CADD Draftsman with 5-8 year's minimum experience in Residential design and construction methods to develop CAD drawings and designs for our clients. Wood frame construction knowledge and experience is required. Marketting experience needed for Instagram posts and maintaining website. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in residential design and CADD drafting fields. Work is to be done in person in a team atmosphere in Scituate. BS in an Architectural Discipline Autodesk AutoCAD experience Microsoft Excel knowledge Microsoft Word knowledge Microsoft Windows knowledge Serious Attention to detail and organizational / prioritization skills Ability to work well with sales and operational teams as well as with clients A positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn
