Position OverviewThe Caf Concierge is a hospitality and operations-focused role that helps maintain the daily flow, cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bakery caf .This position combines guest hospitality, beverage execution, dishwashing, stocking, caf maintenance, packaging, production prep, and bakery support into one highly important role within the business.

Core ResponsibilitiesHospitality & Guest ExperienceWelcome guests warmly and professionallyMaintain a polished and inviting caf environmentAssist guests with questions, orders, and product handoffMaintain strong hospitality standards during busy service periodsHelp maintain a calm, organized guest experience throughout the shiftCommunicate professionally with guests and team membersBeverage & Caf OperationsPrepare beverages to Kyra s standardsExecute drink recipes consistently and efficientlyMaintain beverage station cleanliness and organizationRestock caf products, supplies, and service items throughout the shiftMaintain caf presentation and guest-facing cleanlinessExecute opening and closing caf proceduresDishwashing & SanitationManage dishwashing throughout the shiftMaintain clean and sanitized workstationsFollow all food safety and allergen safety standardsKeep tools, dishes, and equipment organized and availableMaintain cleanliness across caf and shared production areasAt Kyra s, cleanliness is part of hospitality not a side task.

Bakery Production Prep & FinishingAssist with pastry finishing and decoration workflowsPrepare bakery ingredients and mise en placeScale, portion, organize, and label prep itemsMaintain prep pars and communicate inventory needsOrganize production tools, containers, and packaging materialsAssist Bakers and Cake Decorators with daily production readinessFollow all allergen handling and labeling proceduresMaintain quality and consistency standards during prep executionThis role plays an important part in helping both the caf and bakery operate efficiently throughout the day.
